1. User-Generated Content

Next Time allows users to share text, photos, comments, and ratings ("Content"). You are solely responsible for the Content you post.

You agree that you will not post, upload, or share anything that:

• Contains hate speech, harassment, threats, or personal attacks;
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activity;
• Includes nudity, sexual content, or graphic imagery;
• Is spam, self-promotion, or misleading information; or
• Violates any law or third-party rights.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Content or accounts that violate these rules may be removed without notice.

2. Moderation & Reporting

We use automated and manual tools to help filter or flag objectionable material.

Users can:

• Report content or comments they believe violate these Terms.
• Block other users to prevent unwanted interactions.

Reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and offending content or accounts may be removed permanently.

3. License & Ownership

You retain ownership of the Content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your Content within the app and its related features. This license ends when you delete your Content or account.

If you choose to make Content public, you also grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that public Content for promotional and marketing purposes related to the app, including on our website, app store listings, social media, and other marketing materials. This license does not apply to private Content and will cease for future use once the Content is deleted.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Next Time.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share your login credentials or impersonate others.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, post objectionable content, or engage in abusive behavior.

6. Limitation of Liability

Next Time is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about reliability or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or interactions with other users.

7. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
